PHAROS AI Factory, Greece’s national ecosystem for accelerating Artificial Intelligence innovation, participated in the conference “Digital Innovation & Youth – Building Sustainable Societies”, organized by the Hellenic National Youth Council (H.N.Y.C) under the auspices of the Municipality’s Youth Department. The event took place on 14 November, at Elliniko Cultural Centre ‘’Eleni Glykatzi-Arveler.’’

1. Kollias, GRNET Chairman, Prof. Emeritus at NTUA and Coordinator of PHAROS AI Factory, took part in the 1st thematic panel, titled ”Artificial Intelligence, Environment & Innovation”. In his remarks, he highlighted the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence as a driver of development, sustainability and strengthening of public infrastructure. 

The conference aimed to showcase the dynamic role of younger generations as key forces of progress in an era of rapid change. Through discussions, proposals and the exchange of experiences, participants explored how digital innovation can serve as a catalyst for creativity, sustainability and social cohesion. 

Ultimately, the event underscored how the convergence of knowledge, technology, and youth creativity can pave the way for societies that evolve, innovate, and confidently shape their future.
