Pharos will design,  develop, and deploy a collaborative platform, the “Pharos hub”, serving as a comprehensive resource hub to support startups and SMEs in AI model development, deployment, and scaling. The platform will host a range of resources, including AI models, datasets, documentation, and interactive tutorials, while providing direct access to experts for technical support and strategic guidance. 

The consortium will establish the technical foundations of the platform by defining architecture, securing infrastructure, and designing the core functionalities needed to support AI model hosting, dataset management, and user interactions. This involves designing a scalable architecture with modules for model hosting, dataset management, user profiles, and community engagement features. It also includes securing infrastructure optimized for high-performance AI model hosting, with adequate storage and computing resources. 

Users will be able to have access to key functionalities, including model uploading and sharing, dataset hosting, and version control, as well as search and filtering capabilities for easy resource discovery.
