PHAROS AI Factory, Greece’s national ecosystem for accelerating Artificial Intelligence innovation, coordinated by GRNET S.A. – National Infrastructures for Research and Technology operating under the auspices of the Ministry of Digital Governance and Artificial Intelligence, participates at the 89th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) from 6–14 September 2025, at Pavilion 12.
PHAROS AI Factory brings together cutting-edge infrastructure, expertise, and collaboration opportunities to strengthen Greece’s position in the European AI landscape. Leveraging the HPC DAEDALUS pre-exascale supercomputer, the project provides startups, SMEs, researchers, and public institutions with the resources to develop, test, and scale trustworthy AI applications. With a focus on Health, Culture & Language, and Sustainability, PHAROS aims to generate real impact in critical societal domains while fostering entrepreneurship, digital readiness, and talent retention in Greece.
What to Expect at the Fair
During the Fair, visitors will have the unique opportunity to explore a model structure of the PHAROS AI Factory and HPC DAEDALUS, offering a tangible showcase of the project’s vision and infrastructure. This exhibit will highlight how PHAROS combines high-performance computing, data resources, and collaborative tools to enable innovation and support the development of a strong AI ecosystem.
As part of its presence at the Fair, PHAROS AI Factory consortium members will participate in a dedicated panel discussion on the main stage of Pavilion 12:

An interactive panel on how businesses can leverage AI through the PHAROS ecosystem, national digital infrastructures, and the Daedalus supercomputer.
