The PHAROS representatives also introduced the AI Factory’s upcoming activities, highlighting its strategic priorities and planned actions designed to reinforce the national AI ecosystem and foster synergies with European initiatives.

Building on the outcomes of the first workshop, participants reviewed key findings and engaged in a structured discussion to prioritise joint activities. Particular emphasis was placed on enhancing cross-sector collaboration in the health, agri-food, energy and digital government domains, areas where AI solutions can deliver significant societal and economic impact.
